DESCRIPTION: Nsr1p is a nucleolar protein involved in RNA maturation and is involved in the cellular localization of topoisomerase I. Nsr1p is related to nucleolin which also interacts with topoisomerase I.

0.2 ml with 50% glycerol, sodium azide and 1.0 mg/ml BSA. Store at -20º C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Immunoglobulin isotype is unknown.
